My baking class is winding down, and now most of our classes are spent working on projects for a city-wide wedding cake competition. I opted not to enter the contest, so I'm pretty much done with the class. This poppy seed blueberry cake may be the last creation of the semester. Poor Jason, what's he going to eat now?
