On our latest trip to SeaWorld we tried something new by going up the SkyTower. This is a big tower in the middle of the park with an observation deck that rises up and down and also rotates. We had never been on it but decided we should give it a whirl. It isn't the most exciting part of SeaWorld. There's a nice view of Mission Bay and downtown San Diego from the top, although it's probably not as nice as the view from Mt. Soledad. Maybe the best part is the bird's-eye view of SeaWorld itself. Looking down into the dolphin exhibit was kind of interesting.
